These conditions apply to sales of all products, all internet, phone orders, contacts between A2P and buyers, customer or dealer (“you” or “customer” hereafter).
A2P reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
A2P reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Acceptance
You are deemed to have received, inspected and accepted products as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless written notice by email of any alleged damage or shortage is received by A2P within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
|
Damaged Goods
A2P cannot be held liable for damage or loss to any product by a freight carrier or from custom abuse.
All goods should be checked immediately for damage upon arrival. You must report the alleged damage to the shipping carrier within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Damage goods must be sent back to A2P in accordance with the following conditions:

1.

quoting your order number;
|
|
2.
|
alleged damaged goods be sent back at your own cost together with insurance of the invoiced price. A tracking number must be forwarded to A2P by email;
|
|
3.
|
subject to receipt of notice and examination of goods returned, A2P may at its discretion either repair, make up or replace the goods or supply of equipment goods. No fund shall be available;
|
|
4.
|
you are responsible for payment of postage and handling and other shipping cost of any replacement product.
|
|
|
Returns or Error
A2P does not accept return on “Change of Mind” or due to customer error. You are legally bound to take the goods ordered and a return of goods will not be accepted unless the goods are new and unused and prior authorization has been given by A2P in writing by email or by fax.
In the event that the product is to be returned, the following conditions apply:

1.
|
you inform us of the intended return by email (quoting your order number) within 24 hours of receipt of the goods;
|
|
2.
|
goods must be returned in unseal and perfect condition;
|
|
3.
|
goods must be sent back at your own cost in original package together with insurance for the invoiced price. A tracking number must be forwarded to A2P by email;
|
|
4.
|
a restocking charge of 50% of invoiced value will be charged to you;
|

all returns exclude any customs design product.

|
Products
A2P reserves the right to alter any design and/or specification of goods illustrated on this website without notice.
A2P does not warrant the accuracy of the descriptions herein.
A2P does not warrant the suitability or purpose of use of the products ordered.
A2P shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your error, misunderstanding and choice of goods in all respects.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice exclusive of GST, postage and handling and insurance.
Products are sold at prices in effect at time the order is taken.

Delivery and Shipping
All charges for shipping and insurance will be your obligations.
All delivery date are estimated in good faith. A2P shall not in any event be liable for delay or failure to make delivery of goods ordered due to circumstances beyond its control.
A2P will not be responsible for any loss arising from the delay.

Payment
A2P requires that part payment to be received before any special order is proceed. Full payment shall be required before goods are dispatched to you.
You are not entitled to withhold payment of any sums due to A2P by reason of any disputed claim relating to any goods or deliveries.
All major credit cards and money order are welcome. Payment by cheques may take up to 5 business days to clear.

Customer Design
A2P provides custom design service with minimum order. A 50% non refundable deposit is required for order to be effective.

|
Warranties
Where there is a breach of the expressed or implied conditions and warranties under the statute or common law, A2P’s liability is limited to one or more of the following at our discretion:

1.
|
replacement of goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
|
|
2.
|
|

A2P shall not be liable for any loss of profit, injury, damage and/or consequential loss sustained by you however arising.

Waiver
Any failure on A2P’s part to enforce any right under the agreement between you and A2P or any delay in doing so, will not amount to a waiver of that right.
